We ship worldwide to any country; we don’t feel as though being in another part of the world should restrict a customer’s purchasing ability. One of the reasons we've built this website is due to the huge demand for our parts from regular overseas customers. So we are experienced in presenting parts in the way you want, to give and clear concise representation.
Our Charging Policy
Shipping costs vary greatly, and we don’t always go for the cheapest. However to keep shipping costs down, we always try to find the most secure courier. If customers are not desperate for the part, we can arrange shipment with a slower delivery service, thereby reducing postage charges.
Our Shipping Service
All our parts are sent out insured up to the sale price, so in the event of loss/ damage or theft, customers can be certain they will get a full refund inclusive of shipping costs, subject to our terms and conditions. All items are sent out with the most established couriers who all provide online tracking facilities. We can advise which one if required. We do not use TNT/ Myhermes/ Yodel/ DPD/ Citylink couriers and also try to avoid DHL, so you can be certain your parts will be delivered in the condition they were sent with UPS or FEDEX.
We go to great lengths to provide our customers with as much information about the part they intend to purchase using pictures & video clips, as located thousands of miles away, the last thing you want is to return the part because it was not what you expected. And this is why we have added a live chat feature, so any concerns or questions you may have can easily be answered. So, even sitting thousands of miles away you should have no concerns about what you’re buying
With our extensive experience of sorting out customs paperwork, customers can be sure their part will arrive and be ready to collect (once necessary taxes are paid to clear the item).
We intend to dispatch parts to you within 48 hours of receiving your order, and can send tracking numbers to help you. Pictures are taken of all parts during the packaging process and all packages are security sealed for your security
We use extensive packaging to make sure the part arrive in perfect condition; gearboxes and engines are sent on custom built pallets. We can crate parts, especially body panels, to provide totally secure shipment in large wooden boxes.
